    Past Perfect Continuous

    Утвердительное предложение

    В утверждении называем действующее лицо и само действие. Следите за формой смыслового и вспомогательного глагола.

    Формула: Subject + had been + verb-ing

    I had been waiting for an hour.Утвердительный пример 1.

    They had been working all day.Утвердительный пример 2.

    Составьте своё предложение с одним из глаголов

    Отрицательное предложение

    Для отрицания добавляем not к вспомогательному глаголу. Основной глагол сохраняет форму, указанную в схеме.

    Формула: Subject + had not been + verb-ing

    I had not been waiting for long.Отрицательный пример 1.

    They had not been working all day.Отрицательный пример 2.

    Вопросительное предложение

    В общем вопросе вспомогательный глагол ставим перед подлежащим, затем используем остальную часть сказуемого.

    Формула: Had + subject + been + verb-ing?
